In 2015, I served as the Director of Special Projects for University of Nebraska–Lincoln's Public Relations Society of America. One of my favorite projects consisted of a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation to create Coffee With a Cause. This effort raised awareness of the new shade-grown coffee being served across campus.
